Tourists to the famous island of Ibiza now have more to visit than the clubs. The island recently celebrated the opening of a gourmet burger restaurant built entirely around dance music culture.

After a late night at the club, a trip to the new iBeefaBurger is a must. The restaurant opened last month in style with on-site decor by Hannah Wants. Apart from the obligatory dining room decks, the restaurant features flashy exterior decor in the shape of a crystal ball and an interior mural paying homage to many industry greats.

The talents of dance music past and present also presented a clear inspiration for the items on the IBEEFA menu. Fans will see the humor in the Hot Mince 82 Burger, Salomon Salmon Fillet Sandwich, and Above & Beyond Burger with a Beyond Meat Patty.

DJ puns are plentiful on the IBEEFA Burger menu.

However, there is more to the IBEEFA Burger menu than just beef. In line with changing food preferences, the new company wanted to make sure it catered to a large audience by adding vegetarian and vegan options.

“When you think of a burger restaurant in San Antonio, you might consider an all-night van with fishy meat and fist fights in the queue,” co-owner Kai Cant said. “In fact, people’s expectations of burgers have completely changed. the last decade, and we thought there should be something on the island to reflect that. Great music and great food in an inspiring club atmosphere, that’s what iBeefaBurger is all about. “
