Dancing with the Stars 2022 Spoilers: Dance Styles, Song Choices

Alfonso Ribeiro and Tyra Banks. (ABC/Sebastien Kim)

When Dancing with the stars broadcast on ABC, the network would issue a press release during the week containing everything fans needed to know about the upcoming episode, including dance styles and song choices. Sadly, that doesn’t seem like a thing anymore now that the series is streaming only on Disney+.

However, the DWTS Instagram page removed song picks and voting information for the Monday (September 19) premiere. The show WILL air LIVE starting at 8pm ET / 5pm PT on Disney+ and it has been revealed that a celebrity WILL BE ELIMINATED on the first show! It’s new. So get ready!

Vote on DisneyPlus.com or text the candidate’s FIRST NAME to 21523. Voting begins at the top of the show.

Maybe the dance styles will drop before Monday. (UPDATED WITH DANCE STYLES) But if they do, watch this space for updates. Song choices MAY allude to dance style. For instance, american idol season 7 winner by David Cook Time of Your Life is a solid 3/3 song and has been used several times over the years in competitions to accompany waltzes.
