Sell Super Prime, a A new property show coming to Channel 4 later this year will showcase the UK’s most exclusive properties as estate agents compete for a sale down the line.

London-born property tycoon Paul Kemsley, nicknamed PK, and his wife, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Dorit Kemsley, swap Beverly Hills for London with a simple mission: turn the capital’s prime real estate market upside down.

Melanie Leach, executive producer at production company South Shore, said the series promises to be “a heady mix of super-luxe properties, rich reality and fierce competition.”

What is Sell Super Prime approximately?

PK and fellow Super Principal Agent Becky Fatemi, owner of an award-winning real estate agency rockstone stone, will offer eight incredibly ambitious Britons the chance to strike it big.

While making money and closing deals are central to the series’ competitive format, these won’t be your conventional real estate agents. Brokers will have some of the UK’s most exclusive properties at their fingertips, bringing a whole dose of luxury from Beverly Hills to London.

The teaser reveals, “PK is opening the ultimate London agency and will stop at nothing when it comes to hiring the best sales team the country has to offer.” The eight budding brokers will face off in the cutthroat world of multi-million pound real estate. Juggling demanding customers, quintessentially British sales tactics, PK expectations and the drama of having to make deals, they will do whatever it takes to drive sales over the line.

Building a $2 billion real estate empire from 1995 to 2009, PK has bought and sold over 750 buildings and developed millions of square feet internationally, including acquiring over one million square feet in Manhattan. Buildings that PK owned in London include the Ned Hotel and the Burberry Building in Haymarket.

“After 12 years without real estate, I feel the time is right to return to an industry and a city that I love,” says PK. “When the credit crunch hit, I lost the business it had taken 15 years to build. I had no choice but to file for bankruptcy and start over. America loves a story back and offered me this opportunity. Now is the time for me to share my knowledge and help the next group of budding young entrepreneurs right here in the UK.

“I am delighted to be teaming up with South Shore and Channel 4 as I embark on my new journey creating, modeling, supporting and advising some of the UK’s brightest new brokers. It will be a moving, fun and eventful ride.
