The âDance with the Starsâ vote has changed dramatically for Season 28. Only those who watch the show live in the Eastern and Central time zones will be able to see the couples dance before voting. Those in the western half of the country will vote blind as the voting window will close at 10 p.m. ET / 9 p.m. CT. It’s one hour before the show starts in the Pacific and Mountain time zones.
